Gunmetal Timepiece

Last month, I met some of the firm's clients at a hotel in Makati. Everyone was wearing suits. I was in a long-sleeved barong with an iPod Nano 6G in a Lunatik casing as my watch. The iPod-as-a-watch concept, obviously, screams "geek" to infinity and beyond. So came the impetus to buy a dress watch.

Efficiency

I went home from work at around 3 a.m. I was so sleepy I drove at a snail's pace. Upon reaching, the Magallanes toll plaza, the toll clerk was snoring and sleeping. Ayuz!

Globe 3G Speed Test Results

I got curious as to how fast Globe's 3G service is. So I downloaded the Speedtest.net app and got the following results:


Caveat: did the speed test at 1:10 a.m. Pretty sure stats would be lower (and less satisfying) during the work day.
